I’m currently doing an internship at a large German corporation and I’m not happy with the work situation. Since tomorrow is my last day, I already changed a few job postings yesterday. For example, in a marketing position, I changed “weekly fresh fruit basket” to “weekly fresh sausage basket.” In a general blue-collar position, I changed “free coffee and water” to “discounted coffee and water for only €2.50.” In a middle management position, I changed “flat hierarchies” to “incorrect hierarchies.” If you have any other ideas, I can implement some more tomorrow 😀

For positions requiring in-person attendance, include “Home office possible” in the job posting.
And that finally answers the question of why I once saw this in a mechanic position at a dealership for a German car manufacturer and laughed myself silly about it (yeah boss, I’ll take the car and continue working on it in the garden, the weather’s nice).
